The pre-delivery electrical brief
A delivery appointment and an installation-ready site are different milestones.

Get the model-specific information
Obtain the exact equipment identity and installation manual from the supplier. Ask the electrical professional what information is required before a quotation or site assessment. A generic statement about spa size or a previous model does not define the proposed electrical installation.
Coordinate the site
Have the relevant professionals review the actual location, supporting structure, access and route. Record any owner or board permission needed. Keep building/site questions separate from electrical design so a gap in one workstream is not mistaken for approval from another.
Agree on sequence and responsibility
Record who delivers, positions, installs, arranges applicable inspections and commissions the equipment. Confirm what must be completed before each stage. Do not treat a website checklist, selected delivery date or completed payment as permission to energize the spa.
Questions to take forward
- Is the exact manual available?
- Which site decisions are still open?
- Who authorizes each installation stage?
